Just BeWell is a mission-driven consulting firm (LLC) dedicated to enhancing the lives of underserved communities.

Our core mission is to empower individuals to thrive, not only in their career but also in their overall well-being. Just BeWell's focus is on uplifting and supporting individuals who face disadvantages and barriers to personal growth. Through tailored career counseling and comprehensive consulting services, we equip individuals with the knowledge, skills, and resources they need to achieve their goals and aspirations.

Our approach goes beyond traditional career advancement, as we recognize their importance of holistic well-being in every individual's journey toward success. We are dedicated to fostering independence and empowerment within the communities we serve, ensuring that every individual can realize their full  potential and lead fulfilling lives.

Mission

To empower young people from underserved communities on what they are able to accomplish for themselves by providing coaching and access to resources that allow them to meet their college, career, and personal goals.

We envision a community where individuals feel empowered and supported in all aspects of their life to reach their maximum potential.

Who we serve

We offer consultation to organizations engaging with underserved youth ages 11-24 with an emphasis on newcomers. Just BeWell specializes in helping these organizations create impactful strategies to foster professional growth and development within these communities.

Rosa has spent the past five years and is committed to making an impact in the fields of positive youth development and education. Rosa has designed and implemented innovative programs, workshops, and mentoring sessions
throughout her journey that have successfully empowered young people to discover their potential, build self-confidence, and develop critical life skills.


Her journey began with a passion for working with young people and empowering them to reach their fullest potential. Rosa is a DCPS graduate, received her BA from Trinity University and her MA in Education and Human Development with a concentration in School Counseling from The George
Washington University.

 

She has also completed the Community Health Worker Certificate Program at Trinity University. Rosa is originally from Guatemala and enjoys hiking, cooking, and trying to dream and create a world where young people can reach their fullest potential regardless of socioeconomic status and background.
